Then we are off to meet Ben and Jeff from Seeker! We learn about this amazing family of brewers and drummers and the journey they've been on to create their award winning beers.
We encounter two experimental hops from Yakima Chief and the process for deciding which hops go best with which styles.

Davydd ventures back to the town of his birth to experience all the fun of one of regional Victoria's premier beer festivals.
We chat with Bendigo Beer's Chris Adkins about the life of a festival organiser on the day, which beers at the festival he's been enjoying and what the group has lined up in coming months.
Davydd finally meets Dayvid from Sailors Grave and we get a little preview of their lemon meringue sour and much much more.
And we finish off with a new friend from a favourite brewery as Sam from King River shares the wet-hopped Victoria Secret with us and shares all the latest goings-on from the high country.

Then we kick off our discussion with James Breheny who has a truly amazing story to tell. His family have been brewing in Australia since 1864 and have worked at pretty much every major brewery you could name.
We hear how the family brewing bible made its way into his hands and how he has sought to reclaim the family brewing heritage while using his skills as a marketer to revive interest in recipes that are over 100 years old.
